Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Junior Product Analyst – DevOps Support at HealthSy will play a key role in ensuring smooth deployment, monitoring, and support of product builds and updates across the lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and internal cross-functional teams to streamline release cycles, support performance monitoring, and troubleshoot environment-related issues. It is ideally suited for freshers from a technical background who are interested in business operations and aspire to build a career in Product Management or Techno-Functional roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to address feedback from users and internal teams, aligning with HealthSy's product lifecycle stages.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment schedules for bug fixes and new builds.
  • Support product validation and readiness by ensuring environments are properly configured for software testing, UI/UX validation, and user testing stages.
  • Monitor application performance and system health using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack, particularly during and after module/product launches.
  • Investigate deployment issues, environment bugs, and support troubleshooting efforts during the rollout phase.
  • Maintain documentation related to deployment processes, runbooks, and system configurations in line with SOPs defined by UI/UX and Product teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to support product performance monitoring and feedback loop post-launch.
  • Learn and use DevOps and Agile tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and support sprint planning and rollout timelines.

Requirements & Skill

Education & Background:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong interest in technology business and product management, especially in mobile app development.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or software development, preferably with exposure to mobile applications.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics is an added advantage.
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise technical and business documentation.
  • Comfort with collaborating with technical teams, debugging minor product issues, and participating in software testing activities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and a user-first approach to product development.
