Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Executive to oversee operations at our company-owned retail pharmacies in Coimbatore, support partner training, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for healthcare services. A deep understanding of Coimbatore’s local areas and business landscape is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

1.Retail Pharmacy Operations & Compliance

• Oversee the operations of HealthSy’s company-owned retail pharmacies in Coimbatore.
• Evaluate performance and recommend strategies for operational enhancements at company owned pharmacies and partner pharmacies.
• Support inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels across company-owned pharmacies.
• Conduct compliance audits for partner pharmacies to ensure alignment with company policies and local regulations.

2.Partner Management & Business Expansion

• Provide training and support to partners for seamless onboarding and integration.
• Identify and engage potential partners to drive business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
  

3.Operational Support & Issue Resolution

• Address operational challenges and service-related issues reported by partners and customers at the ground level.
• Assist operations and support teams in resolving partner and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.

4.Marketing Operations & Market Research

• Contribute to city-wide marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Source & share field-level intelligence to Business teams about the city's geography & demography, including market hubs, culture and significance of the city.

5.Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with central teams to streamline execution.
• Prepare reports on field activities, partner interactions, and operational performance. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field operations, sales, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of Coimbatore’s locations, business hubs, and local market dynamics.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore.
• Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmacy sector is a plus.
