Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality talent across departments. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and contribute to building strong, capable teams.


Key responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Support offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding formalities.
  • Assist in executing broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, HR operations, and performance tracking as needed.


Requirements & Skill
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment (start-up or healthcare sector experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
