Responsibilities

1. Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
  • Implement facility-related improvements and manage facility-related budgets.

2. Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing.

3. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Modules:

  • Design and develop comprehensive OJT training modules tailored for different teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

4. General HR Duties:

  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements & Skill
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR functions.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
