Responsibilities


Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer & partner acquisition and engagement, and brand awareness for HealthSy. The role requires a data-driven and innovative leader who can scale HealthSy’s presence, optimize digital and offline marketing efforts, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish HealthSy as a trusted brand in the HealthTech industry through impactful campaigns.
  • Lead market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Enhance HealthSy’s brand image from a partner’s perspective to drive partner acquisition and strengthen collaborations.

2. Brand & Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Drive customer engagement through content marketing, influencer partnerships, and PR campaigns.

3. Performance Marketing & Growth:

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize customer journey across digital touchpoints to maximize conversions.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

4.Partnerships & Community Engagement:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand HealthSy’s reach.
  • Drive franchise marketing efforts and support franchise partners in local marketing.
  • Develop community outreach programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Strengthen marketing strategies to improve brand perception among partners, thereby increasing partner acquisition and retention.

5. Offers, Promotions & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with Product, and Operations teams to design and execute compelling offers and promotions.
  • Ensure marketing-led promotional campaigns align with customer and business needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and refine strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.

6. Team Leadership & Budgeting:

  • Build and lead a high-performing and versatile marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, and Operations teams.


Requirements & Skill
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in offline marketing, digital marketing, growth hacking, and brand management.

  • Experience in HealthTech, e-commerce, or D2C sectors is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills, decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
