B. Privacy Policy on the HealthSy Partnered Doctors Programme (hereinafter called “the programme” ):
This is an electronic document/record/agreement that is within the terms of “The Information Technology Act, 2000" and "The Indian Contract Act,1872" and those rules that fall within it. This electronic document/record is computer-generated and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This electronic document is published with the provisions of "Rule 3(1)" of the "Information Technology Act (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021" and all other rules, guidelines framed there under including "Information Technology (reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011" which requires the mandatory publishing of terms and conditions of usage, privacy policy or accessing the website and the mobile applications of the company and governed by "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Digital Personal Protection Data Act, 2023" and all other laws in accordance with Indian Law.
When "You" visit the website and approach our platform, "We" collect certain data required for the registration process and where you provide your consent while submitting the following details such as:
"We" also collect your data or information while you visit our platform that our browser sends to us through our own tracker which is not a third-party application.

The details collected from "You" by the company shall be used for registration purposes where you have shown your keen interest by entering and submitting the details and shall be used for purposes such as to list your details on the official platform, to get a call back required for verifying process and to draft the Letter of Understanding (LoU). We shall also record your calls for improving our services. The information collected by "us" shall be used but not restricted to commercial purposes. The photos and any other personal details collected from "you" shall be used for creating and listing your profile. The information collected and shared by "you" shall not be shared with any third parties.
"We" will retain your information until your registration with our platform is deleted or until your profile is terminated. The information that we retain can be used for other purposessuch as sharing with authorities, as permitted by law.
We use data collection devices such as “Cookies” on certain pages of our websites.“Cookies” are small files sited on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. We also offer certain features that are only available using a “cookie”. Cookies can also help us provide information which is targeted to your interests. You provide your consent that the company shall send you informative and promotional related SMS, OTPs for verification through our registered templates such as ‘HELTSY’ and ‘HLTHSY’ which means that we are registered with the concerned authorities for sending such codes during authentication for registration and onboarding of our partners. You can feel assured that it is 100% safe to proceed with the registration. A 4-digit numbered ‘Authentication Code (hereinafter called as “OTP”) shall be sent to "your" registered mobile number where you provide "your" consent to start filling up the details for the process of registration.
By entering and submitting your details throughout this process you also provide your consent and affirm your assent to use your information for registration process which is further used for profile creation and for onboarding into the platform as per the applicable law.
The confidentiality of such collected data shared by "you" and collected from "you” will be maintained by us with complete confidentiality.
The company is committed to securing your data and keeping it
confidential. The company has done all in its power to prevent data
theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the
latest technologies and software, which helps us safeguard all the
information we collect online.
However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security
system is impenetrable. Our Company cannot guarantee the security of
our database, nor can we guarantee that information you provide will
not be intercepted while being transmitted to the Company over the
Internet.

You accept and agree that the company and its brand HealthSy is purely a technology platform and an aggregator that is engaged in connecting the users to the network of qualified and licensed doctors across the country. The Company, its subsidiaries, brands, directors, shareholders, or employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage caused to the persons in the event of any untoward incidents like injury, death, loss of any property, etc.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.
If you do not wish to further continue with the onboarding process, you can send us a request to delete your registration before signing of the LoU, to doctors@healthsy.in
If you wish to download your data post termination of your profile, you can send us a request and such collected data shall be shared to you. If no data is available with us for the particular period, the requested data will not be shared. The company holds the right to restrict the sharing of data.

Any such notice/letter will be in the English language and will be considered to have been given at the time when delivered and confirmed by the partners or in other events between 7 working days after it was communicated in the manner herein before provided.
